1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Product Condition: Products can be returned if they are unused, in their original condition, and in packaging. Items that have been installed or used are not eligible for return.
  • Time Frame: Returns must be requested within 5 days from the date of receipt of the product.

2. Return Process

  • Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at kinjalengineering.ke@gmail.com or +91 99980 99156 with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
  • Shipping the Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number. Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 business days for the processing of your refund.
  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Orders: Custom or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on clearance or sale are final sales and cannot be returned.

5. Exchanges

  • Product Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process to return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

  • Inspection: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with details of the issue and supporting photos.
  • Replacement or Refund: We will arrange for a replacement or a refund based on the nature of the defect or damage, and the return shipping costs will be covered by us.
