Account Deletion Request

Users of the Kinjal Engineering Spare Parts mobile application can request the deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

Submit the form below using the mobile number registered with your Kinjal Engineering account.

Please provide:

Your full name
Registered mobile number
Email address, if associated with the account
Reason for deletion (optional)

After receiving your request, we may contact you to verify that you are the account owner.

What Will Be Deleted

Once your request has been verified and approved, we will delete or anonymize data associated with your account, including:

Your user profile and account information
Saved wishlist items
Device notification token
Quote drafts and other account preferences
Other personal information that is no longer required

Information We May Retain

Some information may be retained where required for:

Legal or regulatory compliance
Accounting and business records
Fraud prevention and security
Resolving disputes
Previously completed quotation or business transactions

Retained information will be protected and used only for the applicable legal or business purpose.

Processing Time

Verified account-deletion requests will normally be processed within 30 days. You will receive confirmation after the request has been completed.

Deleting your account is permanent. Once deleted, your account, wishlist, and related information may not be recoverable.
